  • Comer wood comes directly from an Amish mill in Wisconsin. For more details on other cabin materials, please see the included/excluded sheet.

  • Doors, Porches (Front / Back / Screened), Pet Quarters, Number Of Rooms, Scent Lockers, Windows, Steel Roofing Colors, Interior / Exterior Finishes, Attached Tool Sheds, And Privacy / Pet Fences.

  • No, the customer is responsible for attaining their own zoning permits.

Cabin Pricing

The next step is is coordinate a call with Comer and go over the Project Pricing Sheet. This is to review and discuss the expected cost of the project as well as any expectations the customer may have. In addition, the resources needed to complete the project will be determined as will the expected timeframe for the completion of the project.
